I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, and the gardens were absolutely beautiful. Our family had a wonderful stay at a lovely countryside lodge. The spacious rooms had gorgeous views and the hosts were extremely welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious, and the cream tea was a fantastic treat. The surrounding area offered excellent walks and picturesque scenery. We would highly recommend a stay at this lodge.
The only downside was the limited variety of shops in the nearby town.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional in every way. The premises were beautiful, elegant, and well thought out, creating a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. The attention to detail in the tasteful decorations and the cleanliness of the rooms were commendable. The size of the room was brilliant, and the bed provided a wonderful night's sleep. The breakfast in the beautiful conservatory was a true delight, with a delicious assortment of hot buttered toasts and brioche. The hosts, Sandy and Grant, were helpful and accommodating, and their dog Lara added a charming touch to the experience. All in all, this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that I would definitely recommend to friends.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Beautiful countryside location, exquisite homemade breakfasts, and friendly staff. The countryside location made for a perfect romantic escape, with stunning views and tranquil surroundings. The homemade breakfasts were delicious, with fresh and locally sourced ingredients. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
Limited amenities, no dining options on-site, and not suitable for those with mobility issues. The limited amenities meant there wasn't much to do on-site, and there were no dining options available, making it difficult to enjoy the beautiful countryside location without a car.

What a fantastic way to start the New Year! The staff were incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The complimentary tea and cake upon arrival was a lovely touch, as was the delicious three-course dinner. The beautiful location, with stunning views, made for a truly memorable stay. We also appreciated the list of recommendations for local places to visit. And the best part? The cozy and comfortable studio room provided the perfect hideaway during the chilly evenings.
There really wasn't anything to dislike about our stay. The only slight downside was the lack of wifi in the studio room, but that allowed us to disconnect and fully appreciate the peacefulness of the location.
